How to brew
Three guidelines for bringing out the aroma as designed.

Water
140–160ml
140 to 160 ml of hot water. Use less for a stronger aroma.

Temperature
90°C or so
Let freshly boiled water rest a moment before pouring.

Stirring
10seconds or so
Stir slowly after pouring. The powder opens up and the aroma rises.
Try this
- When you finish, take a sip of water. The taste clears away without lingering.
- For iced coffee, dissolve it in a little hot water and pour it over ice. The aroma stays.
